Somebody found some footage that I shot via my site and contacted me about wanting to use it in a documentary they are in the middle of producing.
What's the best way to make this transaction?
Paypal? Get paid, then send off a miniDV, DVD, etc. of the footage to them?
And then aside from the transaction, what about rights of use and such. Should I just write up a contract saying that my footage can only be used for such and such movie and can not be distributed or used in any other way?
I've never had anyone want to use my footage so I have no idea how to go about this.
