whats the best INTERIOR mic?

Hi everyone,

What are my options for a mic for interiors? I believe hyper-cardioid is what Im looking for...

Heard good things about an Oktava mic - which model is that?

And is that the 4073a of microphones, or just a cheap option?

Are there more expensive mics that are much better? I dont have heaps of cash, but Im prepared to rather wait until I can get a mic I wont grow out of if theres a much better model out there..

lets say that the mike placing , handling noise(good suspension) and good preamp are in some way can bring you to what you need without spend fortune , dont understand me wrong , better mikes sounds better but if you have to choose waiting for the cash and use shotgun instead average hyper in interior shot you make usially big mistake .
the oktava , akg blu line , mbho or any other dissent price range mike would be better then not have it at all , later you can replace the mike by better -Newman 185/150, schoeps641 or akg 480 , these mikes are actually in the same audio quality range and the only what is matter what sound is much pleasant to your ears

I'm a big fan of the Sennheiser MKH50, Neumann KM185, or Schoeps CMC641 set.
