whats the best image formats?

I use the Canopus lossless codec when I need maintain the best quality, it chews up a bit more space though but edius plays it in realtime unlike an uncompressed avi on a standard hard drive. It exports out to what ever frame size your working on, SD or HD and same as the standard Canopus HQ codec it keeps the alpha channel.

Canopus works well with most formats including quicktimes and mpg's, but its probably best to stick with the Canopus codec when you can.
