what's that song again?

[morten]

I'm trying to remember what song this was but I cant:

The music video is a stop motion thing which tells the story of two milk cartons - a boy and a girl. The boy is blue. I forget the rest.

I thought it was Eels but I can't find it anywhere (anywhere being YouTube). It sure seems like an Eels-type video but...

Anyone know what video/song/band I'm talking about? It would be from late -90s early 2000s
