whats in your gaffer/grip or AC belt?

i'm transitioning from doing one man band type shoots to being more departmentalized. so what do you put in your belt if you're AC'ing, Gaffing, or Gripping? also where do you get your belts? i tried to be cheap and get a regular milwaukee tool belt and it was unusable. i'm looking at the lindcraft belts right now. any suggestions?
