What's going to happen to this site?

I love my DVX, but I'm planning on purchasing 2 (if I can get my hands on two ... oh, and swing the cash) HVX's ... from that point, rarely using my DVX.

I'm sure a lot of us will move towards the HVX, and more discussions will be centered around it ... so, is there going to be a separate hvxuser.com site, will this one eventually disappear, or just keep it eternally under the same current dvxuser.com?

Just crossed my mind & thought I'd ask ... I'm sure I've missed it & this has already been discussed.
 
www.hvxuser.com already points here (dvxuser.com), Jarred was on the ball as usual. Not sure about how it'll effect the overall layout though :huh:

The DVX will be around for a long time though regardless of the new cam :thumbsup:

Maybe there should be another domain (panauser.com, filmsbypanasonic.com, panacamgeeks.com? :evil: ) which would be the 'actual' site, and www.hvxuser.com and www.dvxuser.com would just point to it... anything is possible with virtual hosts, redirection, all that jazz.

The layout can stay the way it is - just some graphics would have to change to reflect more 'general' nature of the site.

I'm really newb to filmmaking, but I can totally afford HD, so I'm going to just go ahead and buy that.

I've got this awesome idea for a feature length film about what my dog does all day long.

The expenses for the stunt dog will eat up your budget, make a film about your cat instead. Besides, you can shoot locked down, easier to match for continuity.
