What would happen if a Nascar driver test drove a new Camaro?

I wonder if he could get away with that at his own Chevy dealership.

(Assuming, of course, the sales guy wasn't in on it the whole time.)

Come on....it's obvious this was all staged. Multiple camera angles? Interior cameras? No way this was done without the 'salesman' (actor?) having full knowledge.

It's funny, of course. But it's not real.

Jeff Gordon already admitted that he wasn't driving the car. He said he drove it off the lot, but after that it was all a stunt driver.

Anyway, that was obvious -- there is no way on earth a major company would put an innocent person's life on the line, for the sake of a prank. The liability potential would be enormous.

I have to say though...That guy was a pretty good actor...But yeah, if done for real a guy that size could have had a heart attack.

I think Tony Stewart would be a force for a ride like that. And paying for a ride with Danica Patrick in an F1 would be worth many dollars.
Still a pretty funny clip though.
Maybe they used a stunt driver but I have no doubt in my mind Jeff Gordon could do the same thing easily, but with more smoking rubber.

Sure it's all staged, just like reality TV. What I find intriguing is how possible it would be to pull off the same thing with a real salesman, were you not concerned with liability or having to buy him new underwear.

A couple of GoPro's in a Pepsi can, couple more stuck on the car, and a few manned cameras near the highway...

It's disappointing that Jeff wasn't driving. Why would they bring in a stunt driver for this one?

I always spelled it kerfuffle, but whatevs. Great story!

Spending that $0...unfortunately I'm not at liberty to discuss most of the details of that shoot but perhaps at some point in the future I will be. Although who knows if anyone will still care, it's already old news--such is the world of viral video.
