What video card do I need to get 1080p preview and dual display

This is incorrect. Mpeg Streamclip does have a batch facility and I use it regularly. Though not to Cineform.

Thanks, that's helpful. So you'd open up Cineform, pick the files, start a bulk transcode, then when that finished drag them onto the timeline in Vegas? That sounds like reasonable workflow.

How about video and audio noise reduction and separate sound track sync?

Thanks!

**Edit: Just saw the other replies- same questions about sync and noise reduction for MPEG Streamclip (free, that's a bonus...)
**What settings are you all using (destination format and file extension) in MPEG Streamclip?

In Mpeg streamclip I chose avi> then default setting that does the job well, at times you may increase the quality setting slider from 50% to 100%.

There many more setting available but haven't played with them yet.

Regarding noise reduction why would you do it at this stage I have not even tried that, better to do it once you are on vegas timeline.

For Vegas *Platinum* (not pro), I have not found audio/video noise reduction settings, am I missing something? (please say I am :) )
