What type of lights are these and where can I find them?

Been seeing these lights pop up in a lot of music videos. Looks like a cheap scoop light but is a lot nicer looking. Does anyone know what these are?

Aw, gee, I was guessing beauty dishes before I looked at a couple of the videos. Go to google images and search for "industrial hanging light" and "industrial light." Lots of good candidates there.

I just went through this like 6 months ago. Someone told me they're called "pan lights" which didn't get me too many results on searches. While looking for some on ebay some of the terms that came up were barn light, gas station light, farm light. Apparently the older ones are pretty collectable, but I found one pretty cheaply there. I know they're still uses in a lot of factories/industrial settings, but I don't know what terms might find you newer cheaper versions.
