What to clean the lens and lcd with?

What product would you recommend to clean the lens and lcd with?

Do you think a microfiber cloth and a product designed for a mac lcd screen would be ok for the lens? I'm guessing it would be fine for the LCD. Here is what I already have:

There is no information on whether that stuff leaves an anti-reflective film or other residue. I would be comfortable using the Klearsceen product on the camera's LCD, but not on the lens.

The only lens cleaning solution I use is Pancro (sp?) it won't eat away at the lens coating and it won't leave residue on the lens either.
