what to charge for a 30sec infomercial?

I've been in the wedding business for a few years, but now I have an opportunity to produce a 30 sec infomercial for a plumbing company. I have no idea what to charge. I know I need to get more lights and stuff. Does anybody work in tv land that could give me some advice, really appreciate it.

Break it down. What do you need to do in this commercial? If you've been in business, you should have an idea what your below-the-line costs and fixed costs are. Do you need to hire crew and or talent? Do you need multiple deliverables? Will it take a post house to achieve these deliverables?
