What to buy: Need your suggestion

Have u guys heard any of the following? I have an option to buy some or all of these. And since i have not started working on the audio part yet, i am not sure what to get.

Could you guys advice as to what i should buy? All i need is 1 mic equipment and all supported accessories. Please advice.

- shure headset microphone –Pro-series headset microphone,$75 obo

- Audio Technica MB/4000C Cardiod Condenser- $40 obo

lol. I mean, those (the ones that I am familar with) are instrument/vocal mics; not really suited for dialog recording.

If you are looking for some location dialog mics browse the forum here for some suggestions.
