P powerdog Veteran Feb 4, 2005 #1 Tried to launch FCP, and it asked me for my name, organization, and serial number like a new install. I put in the correct SN, and it didn't recognize it (OK button stayed grayed out.) What's going on??? :-[

P powerdog Veteran Feb 4, 2005 #2 Re: What the heck just happened??!! Just to clarify, it's forgotten registration info for all my Apple products: Compressor, Soundtrack, etc. Others, like Macromedia, work fine.
