What the? Break in advance pulldown...

I captured some footage using the 24pa sticky on this forum, and now i'm trying to run the Remove Advanced Pulldown feature, in the tools, and I get this:

"Break in Advanced Pulldown cadence (pattern) found near t"

This is on footage that's like 5 minutes into the mini dv tape, so shouldn't that give it enough lead time?
 
Yes. After you power back up hit the Rec Check button on the camera to make sure the timecode is updated.

See if you can break the clips into the power up sections and then run the pulldown removal.
