What tape should i use? [urgent]

I'm going on a road trip this weekend and wanna get some tapes before i go. I spent $2300 on my DVX100 so i want to treat it well. I hear you arent supposed to change tapes. I have 26 hours on the heads with Sony Premium tapes. I am using them because that is what came with the camera and what the previous owner used.

Should i stick with them now?

Should i switch to a different tape? if so, what tape?

Also, where is the cheapest place to buy tapes in larger quanities (15-30)?
 
If your using Sony already on the cam and the previous owner did also, stick with them.
