What shotgun to match Oktava MK-012?

I don't know it this is sort of a dumb question but if I were to buy a shotgun mic and I was hoping to get one that sounded at least similar to my Hypercardioid Ocktava... what should I look for?
 
Are you using the Octava and the shotgun in the same scene? if not then, it doesn't matter what shotgun you use.

The idea is to use the same mics through the scene you are filming. Use a Sanken CS3E. Best all around mic, even indoors.

Really? I could have saved a lot of time in post had I know this... I guess it makes sense... how sad is it that I was the one with the most audio knowledge in the whole project!?...

How much can you score an AT-4073 for?
 
AT 4073 the best price is $499 out sound location is it? You have to ask for a
special quote, though. Look at Ebay, you'll see them pop up there.
 
I see that you're in Studio City so go see the people over at Coffey. I got my 4073 from Coffey for like $475 I think.
