Ok so this is the video I just exported:

It was shot in 720p/30pN. When I started a new project in premier I selected DVCPROHD 720p/30p(there is no 30pN)
29.97 fps
pixel aspect ratio: square pixels(1.0)
fields: no fields (progressive scan)
display format: 30 fps Drop-frame timecode
I rendered the video before exporting and it looks crisp and clear(no interlaced looking frames or anything).
So my problem must lay with my export settings? IDK, I'm almost lost at this stage.
I'm using a HVX200 by the way.
Anyway have any helpful info?
