What SDHC card for 1080p Videos on EOS-500d ?

If im looking at shooting 1080p videos a lot. Which card should i go for ? Would a SDHC Class 6 do or should i go higher in class ? Also which is better, 16gb or 32 gb ? Cause some believe the 32gb is slower in data throughput.

Yeah, tell me about it. :(. Im aware it does a shitty 20 fps thats useless. Canon puposely crippled it probably. I bought the darned 500d and one week later they were selling the 550d (much better in video) for almost the same price. Or $150 CHEAPER than the 500d (if i didnt want an invoice and a warranty).

I often use class4 and have no problems, but I always am afraid of not working properly.
I several class4 4gb HP brand.
