What Program/Software do you use to transfer large video files online?

I need to send a video (467 mb file size) online and don't want to upload it through youtube or any other video host.

Yousendit sounds decent, but I don't want to end up paying $10 a month for one video that needs to be sent.

Any suggestions? Thanks.
 
That's pretty cheap compared to other solutions. Also, it is less technical. The other option would be to set up an FTP site and web hosting and upload your footage to your FTP site, and have the clients download from the FTP site.

YouSendIt is cheaper and easier.
 
upgrade to vimeo plus for 60 bucks a year. upload it (password protect it) send it to your client & they can download it off vimeo!
