what plug-in to use for this look?

Just taking a guess here...

The first video has a fairly uniform look, so it's easier to analyze.
You could use the 3 Way Color Corrector to reduce saturation
and push the mids and highs in a warm (orange) direction.

Another useful effect is the screen blur composite.
Duplicate the track above itself, blur the copy and
use the Screen composite mode. Adjust the blurred
track's opacity to dial in the amount.
You might also want to insert
a Brightness and Contrast filter before
the blur to increase the contrast if necessary.

You could also try shooting in the late afternoon
and getting your car detailed.
