It looks like www.sound-room.com gives discount. Just type in DV at checkout into the coupon box.

Any others? I was told there were and you just have to search for them, but who the heck wants to do that. Just tell me!

It's a really good idea to contact Guy from DVestore when you're in the market for almost anything besides Oktava and the stuff that goes with an Oktava purchase... I don't know that he has a published or official DVXuser deal... but for wireless mics, cans, Rode mics, other stuff, etc. it's usually well-worth your time to contact him...

Everywhere! Just go up to the sales manager and tell them "I am a DVXUser, and I demand a discount!" I have gotten free loaner jewelry (the chrome matched my eyes), transportation and lodging sticking to this tactic.

Of course, all provided by Law Enforcement, but still a win.

Don't take "No!" for an answer. Demand it, because it's your right.

That's right, it's 5%.

Guy did a deal with an NTG-3... blimp... and a K-TEK boom pole... before Rode ever did the blimp deal... which was essentially giving a really nice pole away for free.

In that case it was a lot more then 5%... The package net was something like 20% off.

I don't work for Guy and can't say what he can do on a particular item... I'd contact him when you're in the market for something... a quick PM might be worth a lot.

Guy has ALWAYS done right by me. Discounts are great (and people like Guy offer them), but service and relationships often make up for price differences.
