What Percentage Should I offer Talent in my Documentary?

Hey,

I just finished shooting a Full length documentary over 30 days with 1 subject/person. What percentage is reasonable for them to receive after film is complete and starts to revenue money?


My Job:

1. Filming - 1.5 TB footage
2. Editing - 60 - 90 min Doc
3. Marketing
4. Film Festivals - Research, submissions, planning
5. Website, Social Media
6. Shopping it around
7. ETC.


Subject Job:

1. Film for the 30 days
2. Promote doc when finish
