What PCMCIA card do I need to export video to external HD?

I have a Powerbook G4 with 2 gigs of Ram and the 128 Vram chip, plus a 100 gig HD and the 1.67 ghz processor,

as well as a LaCie 250 GB external drive.

What PC card slot device do I need to export my video to the external HD and make the external HD my scratch disc?

I heard it was better to do it that way rather than to use the FW800 port for the HD, and the FW400 port for the camera.

Do a search of any online mac retailer of firewire cardbus.
You can also do a google as well. Get one that has 2 or 3 firewire ports. (Ideally at least one fw800 port)
You don't have to have it (some peopel do fien without it) but they tend to improve your success rate and minimize dropped frames.
