What machine is better for rendering

I have a 4 min video that has alot of effects that I finalized in AE. This thing is gonna take forever to render. I have 2 computer that both have strengths and weaknesses. Should i render on my PC (8 processors but 4gb of ram) or should I render on my MacPro (Quadcore with 10gb of ram)?

Which is better for rendering?
More ram and not as many processors or vice versa

Nice. I wish I could distribute the workload between computers. Hey that brings up another question. What is a render farm?

I would time on both and see which is the fastest for future reference.

Use both! After Effects can use Network Rendering and a watched folder so both machines can render.

Mainly, rendering on After Effects is about the RAM, and not so much about the processor. So I'd say Mac.
