What lenses to go with Letus35 FE

I've been reading about the Letus35 FE adapter ($700) for my DVX100B, and that it does NOT come with the lenses. I want a Nikon brand lens, but I have no clue what and where to get the lenses that I need. I read about different lenses, 100mm 50mm ect, but don't know the advantages and disadvantages that each give you.

I will be doing alot of outside wooded area shooting, and some indoors office building type shooting. I was wondering what lenses I need to get the best picture.

well, each focal length gives you a different field of view. Generally you have a wide, medium, and close up lenses. The more telephoto you go, the shorter your apparent depth of field. for example, a 105mm lens is commonly used for portrait photography because of the qualities it carries in its in and out of focus areas.

i currently have a 24 and 35mm lens for my wide / steadicam shots, or anytime i want a wide field of view. then a 50 mm replicates what we see approximately with our eye, great for handheld shoulder stuff. 85 goes a bit tighter, and due to its speed, 2.0, it works great for low lit interiors. The higher up you go in focal length, the slower the lenses generally get unless you pay big bucks.

i would suggest going for a 50mm as a starter, then add on a wide angle 24 or 28mm, and then maybe an 85mm. should be good for a bit.

I have similar questions too. I just purchased a used Nikon Micro-Nikkor 55mm F2.8 AI-s Lens. Should I get a 50mm F/1.2 too or the 55mm will suffice? Between the 24mm and 28mm, which one most people use or do most get both? Is there any use for a Nikon 28mm - 200mm f/4.5 or Nikon 70mm - 300mm f/4.5?

Many thanks for any suggestions.
