What kind of video head is on the Porta-Jib?

hi,

starting @ 0:23 and throughout this whole video they are using (and i hesitate to call it a video head) some kind of pole thru the jib bowl mount to hold the camera. its very flexible and free to really move the camera around easily. its being used on this whole video.
