which kind of lights are these..?
i've seen them in many videos, are them a kind of ring light? anyone use them? and who sells them

It is a Kino Flo. You remove the tubes and harness from the housing and arrange them in a circle on foam core etc... It is that simple.

or any kind of florescent light for that matter.
