What kind of lighting would i need?

That's a good observation augenblick, to create outdoor sunlight (many times noon sun) you can use an open bulb. That means a bulb standing up and generating light in all directions. Without a reflector, the light will be hard and create the type of shadows or lack of shadows that you see in the video. I used to use a bare bulb flash in my still photography days to create a perfect representation of noon sun. OK here is the downside. A bare bulb without a reflector spills light 360 degrees horizontally and vertically. The only area of the bulb usable is what's facing your model/subject. That means you need a very powerful single bulb to create the effect. When I would use a bare bulb flash, the power output wass extensive but only for a fraction of a second.
