it could be a keyboard shortcut or anything that helps you work faster in premier. I usually just go through all those darn menus but it'll be great to see how you guys save time when editing.

Selecting multiple items in the project panel and drag them on the new bin button instantly creates a new bin and allows you to name it. There are many more of course.

Coming from Vegas after nine years, I changed the "Add Edit" command (CTRL + K) to simply "S". Also arranged my windows in a more Vegas fashion.

made a new effect bin in the effect browser where i dragged in the effects i use the most.
i also set a shortcut to ALT+A to quickly adjust audio gain for clips.
CMD+R (or CTRL+R for Windows) is also nice to adjust the speed of a clip.
Copying an effect from one clip to another is also very useful...

I actually have video tutorials on techniques for moving faster in Premiere Pro on my YT channel: www.youtube.com/user/mmka1985. Another great tip is using trim from playhead commands. Real time savers in the trimming department. Also hold down shift when you select a track panel and it will either highlight all video or audio tracks or it deselect them.
