The pic is a cdm 150w globe. Just curious if anyone knows what the circular element in the center of the metal tab is? It's hard to see --look near the top inside of the globe. Thermistor maybe?
Does this element need to be oriented toward the lens when the bulb is inserted or does it even matter?
