What is this camera movement?

I was wondering if you guys could help me identify how the camera is moving and the mechanism for driving it in a specific shot. It's a super super subtle movement that I've noticed used in over the shoulders. You barely notice it's there but it adds some movement to an otherwise static shot.

I first noticed it watching Game of Thrones and then watching the True Blood season finale with my girlfriend tonight it especially stood out.

Look at 0:10 -> 0:22

I'm thinking it's a steadicam? It's just so smooth and the horizon barely dips I'm not sure. Perhaps a super super slow dolly on a curved track?

Probably just the dolly on a dance floor or a single piece of straight track...doesn't seem like anything too crazy.

It looks like it's a slow dolly with a reverse pan. For this slow and small amount of movement I'd do it on a slider. You could mount it at a slight angle if you wanted to have the camera dip slightly. The cut only lasts a couple of seconds so you wouldn't really notice if it were a circular move or not.

Ive done similar shots with a floor dolly. I keep the tripod loose to allow a little movement while the dolly slides ever so softly. Doing handheld sitting on a dolly gives similar results too.
