Here is a .JPG of a screen grab of Premiere Pro CS3 looking at some old VHS video that was played on a SuperVHS machine and written out to MiniDV.
When loaded from the MiniDV tape (.AVI file) into Premiere and played on the timeline these yellow concentric circle-like effects appear. This is a shot of a kitchen, but the original image of the walls, etc. did not have any of these colors.
My questions are:
(1) Is this an effect from the transfer?
(2) If so, which step did it result from?
(3) Is there some way to remove it?
