What is the serial number label?

[Gregg]

My rebate says to include the "serial number label".

Where is the label? Not the one on the camera I am sure.

on the hvx? underneath the viewfinder. THey want the serial number, not the actual label

[Gregg]

ok thanks,

But you would think they would say to just include the serial number instead of the "label"

I am only asking because rebates tend to be huge scams. Companies make it difficult for consumers to actually redeem the rebates.

I know Panasonic has a good track record but you never know.

Most rebates want you to cut out a section of the box and mail that in to make sure you aren't able to take the box back to the store for a refund. Is the serial number printed on a label on the box?
