What is the best way to delete a mono track?

When we recorded our audio we used 1 mic, so all our audio is mono.

When I captured the footage I must have mistakenly specified stereo because all of my clips now have 2 audio tracks. The 2 audio tracks are exact duplicates of each other.

I want each clip to have only 1 mono track.

What is the best way to delete the duplicate mono track, I have to do this for about 100 clips, without recapturing and logging all the clips?

Thanks,

Chris

There is really no need. Simply import the tracks to FCP, unlink the audio, delete the offending track, and relink the audio. It saves time rather than doing that in batch in Compressor.
