What is the best use of a 1000w Rifa Softlight?

Hello,

I have a Lowel Rifa ex88 softlight (1ooow), a Lowel Prolight (250w) and a Rotolight (50w).

What sorts of lighting setups would I be able to do with this? I am very new to lighting so please forgive me.

I do also have a 30 degree eggcrate for the softlight.

Lights can be used for many things, or setups, ... softboxes are great for interview shots, medium or close up shots of subjects where soft light and fast fall off is desired.

So many uses... its hard to list them all.
