What is the best rendering quality for youtube?

So i've been testing some rendering settings for youtube and this is what i got

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-bDi_p2qSgE

It appears to be "pixelated" or "grainy" (i dont really know how to describe it :P)

I want my video clear and crisp :)

I viewed the chip on my iPad and it had a number of dark or almost black images. Perhaps you underexposed some shots and so
This would increase the digital noise.

Update:

I looked at the clip using my Mac Book Pro... Ok, I think what you maybe seeing is the result of 'low bit rate'. What are your encoding parameters for
your Youtube video?

I'd suggest you look into how to maintain a bit rate of around 8 to 10 mbs. Also find out how to bypass 'youtube' recompressing your material. It's been a while since I uploaded to youtube, so I don't have a handy sequence for you here... But such artifacts as 'macroblocking' are a result of low bit rate.

i am actually rendering my videos at around 40-50 mbs, i dont know if thats too high or not but thats what im doing and i turn out to get this really "pixelly" video. I really want to have an HD looking video at 360p.

this is what my video turned out to look like

and i really want this kind of video quality

His video quality is so crystal clear at 360p. do you possibly know any way to render videos like that?

And my settings for Adobe Premiere is

Format: H.264
Preset : HDTV 1080p 24 High Quality

Video
Tv Standards: NTSC
Frame Width : 1920
Frame Height: 1080
Frame Rate[fps]: 24
pixel aspect ratio: widescreen 16:9
Profile: main
Render at maximum depth: unchecked

Bitrate settings
Bitrate Encoding: VBR, 1 Pass
target bitrate [Mpbs]: 50
Maximum Bitrate [Mpbs]: 50

Well firstly you don't need 50mb/s. Your camera can't film footage anywhere near that to begin with.

Under H.264 format, select "Youtube Widescreen HD". If you want full HD alter the resolution to 1920X1080 and maybe set the target bitrate to 10 and maximum to 15. Otherwise you should be fine with the preset.
