I use Final Cuts 3 wheel color correction, but I would like a program that lets
me control the color like Photoshop does for Stills

What is known to be up there with the best Color Correction/Color work ?

any suggestions ?

thanks

I don't know what is the "Best" But I either CC in AE, Magic Bullet or Apple Color.

The majority of the time its in Magic bullet just because it seems a little faster/easier for me. Defiantly not as many controls as Color though.

DiVinci is still the bomb.
Most of these suites are around 750 per hour.
You can use AE for handles more like PS.
I'd just master FCP if I were you. It's CC is plenty capable.

Yup, then if you want to step up a bit but still stay in FCP, then get the Magic Bullet Colorist plugin.

After learning Color, I will never do CC in FCP again. It is definitely a steep learning curve, but it is so worth it IMHO.
