If you set an HDV camera to record in SD, what will you get through its Firewire output -- a regular DV signal, or an SD version of HDV?
I ask because I have an older nNovia Quickcapture HD that only works with DV, so I want to know if it's compatible with the SD setting on an HDV camera. (I'd be shooting a mix of HD and SD projects.)
