What is Infinity Focus

[Kugar13]

Could someone explain to me what Infinity Focus is? Thanks...

It is the point in the focus range where no further increase in shifting the focus out will yield further improvements in the focus sharpness of a distant object. It could be thought of as a focus point that would be appropriate for all very distant objects.

And it's not necessarily the very end of the lens when manually focusing the ring........

The DVX is not at 99 but I believe at 94/95 (Do some tests!)
