Hey all, i was just curious about what everyone's day job is. I mean, i know we can't all be lucky enough to be in the industry full time :( . As for me, I'm in the mortgage industry. That would be awesome if we can all post what we do and somehow build this big ass network together. We can help each other out with our 'connections' .

Good day people

I work in Alaska for a relatively new advertising agency. I'm the "production whore". I make stuff, they tell me how to "make it better".

Been doing this for a year and half.

I run a Pre-employment Background Screening company. It's a start up with six figures in Revenue first year. What I really want to do is Direct though.

Designer at an Electrical Engineering firm and going to college :/ I want to do what John Hudson wants to do :)

*&^^%%$^%$Accounting$*)*+)(*%$$#@!!!!!!!

Heh heh. My brother, his buddy and my brothers nasty ass wife are accountants. Some misrable pissed of people there. I hate math. I have to do my own bookkeeping; easy but irritating. My brother comes in monthly and handles my Corporate and EDD (State) crap.

I work at a bank, so I pretty much get paid to hang out at DVXuser.com all day long.

I'm the boss (as well as all other hats you can wear) so this would explain my 16 post average a day.

I want to do what John Hudson wants to do

 :cheesy:

Day job? Yecch. I finagled a much better schedule....2 pm to 10 pm. Stay up late, sleep late, half my work day is spent with no one else around bothering me...

Oh. Almost forgot. I write computer programs for the Army.

When I'm not in school, I'll work for my dad doing construction work, like laying floors, roofing, countertops, plumbing, pretty much anything to fix a house.

I'm a software engineer (fancy word for computer programmer)....now doing data warehousing.

But when anyone asks me, I now tell them I am a Film Producer. And when they say, "Cool, what movies have you produced?" I say, "I have several projects in varying stages of development."

My wife and I own our business doing architectural photography/video/marketing materials for architects, home builders, construction companies, etc.

I'm a security guard at PDI/ Dreamworks. So I basically get payed to do homework, look at storyboards/ concept art for animated films and surf DVXuser.

75% of the time I'm in the local stage hand union - Local 720
25% of the time trying to get my own business to the 100% of the time point.

I'm an HVAC tech for a local college. I would like to do what John Hudson does! Six figures sounds good to me. I guide for catfish part time on Lake of the Ozarks in Missouri.
