Normally when I shoot 720p60 on my HMC 150 (which is rare) I just drop the clip into Cinema tools and conform it to 29.97 or 23.98. I never edit in 23.98 in FCP because I never shoot at 24p, but I like to conform to 23.98 because it's slower and it looks fine when being dropped into a 29.97 sequence in FCP.
I know some people slowdown their 60p video in FCP. Do you just right click on it and choose the speed option, and say 50% if you're working in a 29.97 sequence?
Any difference in conforming in Cinema Tools verses slowing down in FCP, other than Cinema Tools is destructive to original clip?
