What is best shoulder mount for Brevis Rails

I have a brevis and the rail system. I'm looking for hand grips or anything else that will allow me to place it on my shoulders. I have a dvrig system and that is not working out since I will have a lot of stuff on the camera. Any ideas?

Will the Cavision grips work with the Brevis rails?
 
Why not get the Cinevate grips with the rails? You might have brought your Brevis before they released, they have a shoulder pad out soon too.
 
Actually I'm looking for a shoulder pad as well.
the Zacuto shoulder pad is looking cool to me. but expensive($250)
so I'm planing to make one of those myself but I'm not sure what the material they use are...

does anyone know what kind of material is used on the shoulder pad? (it's like a soft rubber)
because I'm sure those materials are cheap and all I have to do is to drill two holes in it...

I want to know the name of the material so I can search it and buy it.
by the way, it's not Neoprene....I think...
