I am now the proud owner of a HVX 200 and I see here on the forums people talking about a M2. I am assuming it is a nice add on for the lens. What is a M2? How do they work/look? How much are they?

It is a 35mm adapter so you can put a 35mm lense on the end to give it shallow depth of field and more of a film look.

I too recently purchased an HVX200. THe M2 is a fairly low cost 35mm lens adapter that you can use to utilize 35mm film lenses, it can bring a really nice film feel to your footage.
I have worked with more expensive film adapters (20k) to purchace. Haven't seen any footage with the M2.
The only thing that stands out as a pain is the upside-down image correction needed in post as well as the on set fix to the monitors.
For the price it sounds great and I will be looking into it myself.
