What humidity for storing CPL Polarisers, Variable ND filters with lubricants?

It feels like the Polariser and Variable ND filters have some form of lubricants in them to add tension when rotating?

Does anyone know what is the lowest humidity you can store these filters in a dry box before affecting the lubricant qualities, as these boxed dehumidifiers have no control and I have noticed, they can get as low as 30% RH.
