What happened to Nisi / Kinifinity primes?

I'm aware that the lenses were not anything to write home about, but it's weird how they just fell off the map. I've yet to see a Nisi / Kinefinity prime in the flesh. Have any of you seen them in the flesh, other than at a trade show? I know that the Nisi/ Kinefinity primes were the Bokelux primes rebadged after Nisi bought Bokelux. Why Nisi sold them both as Nisi primes and as Kinefinity primes, I do not know.

I rarely see Nisi / Kinifity primes for sale on Ebay. There happens to be a listing on Ebay at present for a set. For some time now they have been listed as "Currently unavailable" on B&H's website. It seems they are relatively rare birds, and maybe not for a good reason.

I'm aware that they were not anything to write home about, at best on par with Sigma cine primes. But I almost want a Nisi prime or two just because you never see them, as a collector. I always like the aesthetic look of the Nisi's, the color of the housing and the graphics. I think they are better-looking lenses than the Sigmas.

Maybe I got my answer in the lack of reply: Low interest in the lenses. That's what happened to them.

I believe i saw them at IBC last year, and was under the impression they were still a thing.

As fullframe what are they relevant to? Nothing until the C500ii ?? Some BM and Zcams I guess.
