What happened to John Toll?

I used to live close to and buy products from the King family, who acted as Richardson's key grips on almost all of his films. They had good things to say about him and the caliber of his work.

They did say that the NBK stuff was very "uncomfortable" to shoot.

I think King's brother ran the grip dept. at Warners for a number of years as well.

It can't just be spending time with family etc. He just got done shooting Ben Afflek's film, Gone, Baby, Gone, which makes him look desperate for work (well, in my opinionated eyes anyway).
