I've captured from old SVHS video thru DVX102B and now wanna to convert to output format but not so sure which format to convert to.
Below i've attached 2 formats. First one is DVD and second is VCD but it seems to me that the VCD format is much cleaner in terms of noise... That's also what I see on my TV. But with the VCD sometimes I can see those pixelated scenes.
How do I judge the quality here ? or is there a guideline on which format I should convert in my case ?
