What format does Vegas like best?

dumb question, I know, but I have to ask:

I've taped a piece for a co-worker who will work it into a video he's editing. He's a complete novice (I doubt he's even opened the program) and I want to give him a file that will fall right into his timeline with absolutely no problems what so ever.

I'm on Premiere myself and will be importing in 24pa. Question is what output format I should use to make it as easy as humanly possible for him. AVI? MPEG? what?

a 24pA .avi will drop perfectly into a Vegas timeline

Well, DV to DV.

And considering the only real pulldown export option you even HAVE in Premiere is 24pA, I think it answers your question right there.
