What film content draws viewers on Youtube? What would you like to see more of?

Yes I run a show on Filmmakers and I am not going to change that any time soon. What I want to know is since I run a show on Filmmakers, what kinds of related show content that I can either edit or put together that would draw strong viewership.

Basically what kinds of film related videos that you have seen on Youtube that you would like to see more of. I ask this because I am currently in the stages of diversifying the content of my show to appeal to a wider range of audiences and I would like to hear your thoughts.

If you have any thoughts list them down and I would gladly like to consider them.

Cat videos and people taking selfie videos while complaining about celebrities.
I was also going to suggest this, but it's not really a filmmaking topic. How to's also seem to do well, so you could try "how to make cat videos and people taking selfies while complaining about celebrities videos" - I know, been done a lot, but that doesn't affect hits.

If you get a whole lot of people to run around and really hurt themselves (the more blood and broken bones the better), that tends to get a lot of laughs and likes.

I don't know what's wrong with people.

Can i just chime in and say that this approach ("tell me what people want and i will give it to them") will only work if you love the craft of filmmaking so much that doing literally anything related to it is fulfilling to you, or if your tastes/passions happen to sync up with whatever it is that turns out to be the most popular thing (btw i heard fan fiction films for movies/shows/video are a good way to go). Otherwise i think you will run out of steam fairly quickly grinding out stuff on a frequent basis (as one must do to build a huge internet/youtube following) that you yourself have no interest in. Im a big believer in doing what YOU love and trying to find an audience for it. At least that way if you fail, you have a good time doing it.

Just a thought, but why not say who you are and link to some of your work before asking the forum for free ideas? That will get you better responses. This opening post reads like a babelfish meltdown.

You got a good point Josh and although I do crank stuff out as you say on a daily basis. I only do so for the pure passion of it and only engage in topics that I enjoy doing. I was just fishing around to see if anyone had ideas to toss around. It's curious to see what people maybe interested in but never have done so yet.
