What fill light for Kino Flo?

You can use anything your heart desires as long as it fills in the shadows. Another kino would be fine, a fresnel would be fine, a china ball, etc. Or, you may not even need a fill light - one of the great quality of kinos is that they wrap around the face really nicely. I wouldn't go into buying lights thining okay this kino diva 400 is my key, this inkie is my backlight, etc. You will use the tools however best they work in the various situations you'll come across. For instance, you may be shooting by a window with a nice amount of sunlight coming through the window, but its fairly one sided, so you throw your diva on the other side to fill. What you labeled as your key light is now your fill. I just urge you to not think so systematically, even when purchasing equipment. Make sure you have a variety of tools at your disposal that will be useful in many situations - don't limit yourself to the idea that this kino will only be your key.
